Dan  Moore‘s book Control Influence Accept (for now) CIA(fn) is fabulously written book.  It takes us through the different aspects of understanding what we can control, what we can influence, and what we need to accept (for now).

CIA (fn) starts by helping us understand our own self-awareness or lack thereof.  If we are going to thrive in an every changing world we need to know ourselves so we know what we can control, influence, or accept.

Then he easily moves into covering issues of mental and emotional flexibility, resilience, constructive self-talk, values and purpose.

Each chapter in CIA (fn)  builds upon the last chapter.  What is more at the end of each chapter Dan Moore gives us practical ways to be able to improve on each of these areas.
