During the process, Jill takes through the 6 Key Elements to have Bempathy. She calls them the6C’s: communication, commonality, connectedness, comfortability, control, and commitment.
As she takes us through the short story, she then does a recap of the book to help us see how the 6 C’s play themselves out and how we might use them in future conflict.
